The remainder of the appointment is for manual touch therapy and self-care education using John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and massage therapy techniques.

Oncology Supportive Care
Cancer Treatment Concurrent Supportive Care
Cancer diagnosis and treatment can be traumatic and exhausting both physically and psychologically. Regular soft manual touch can be helpful to the mind, body, and soul during this time. Sessions include gentle Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, and self-care education to support client wellness as they go through treatment.

Post Cancer Treatment Supportive Care
Cancer treatment can be very traumatic and exhausting both physically and psychologically. Chemotherapy, radiation, and/or surgery can greatly affect specific and overall wellness. Regular manual touch can be helpful during the recovery period. Sessions include gentle Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, and self-care education to support client recuperation post treatment and help reduce potential swelling in the body.

Pre/Post Surgery Supportive Care
Pre Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery Supportive Care
Supportive care using manual touch therapy prior to surgery may help with surgery results and post surgery healing. Sessions include Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Myofascial Release techniques with self-care education to help improve client wellness.

Post Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery Supportive Care
Supportive care using manual touch therapy post surgery may help surgery results and post surgery healing. Sessions initially include Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and later Myofascial Release (MFR) techniques. MLD is used during the first 4-8 weeks post surgery to reduce swelling and aid recovery near site(s). MFR is used later directly on and around scarring after the surgical site(s) are healed. MLD and MFR will help purge anesthetics and excess fluid from the body post surgery.
