I do not take insurance, but will provide an invoice upon request with the proper billing codes so you may submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Do you offer in person visits during COVID?
Yes, I offer in person visits during COVID-19. To ensure safety for everyone before visits are scheduled clients must have a phone interview to ensure they have not tested positive for COVID-19 or had any COVID-19 systems in the past 14 days.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Initial visits have an additional 15 minutes scheduled into them. You should expect the first 15 minutes to consist of Question and Answer between you and the provider about current health concerns and appointment expectations. A postural assessment is also performed during this time. The remainder of the appointment is for manual touch therapy and self-care education.
Personal consent for touch is important. Permission from you will always be sought before services or instruction are given. Client boundaries are always respected and clients have control of services/instruction.
How do I know if I need pelvic floor work?
