Manual touch therapy session using John F. Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR) and care instructions for parent(s) to help improve infant/newborn wellness following birth. MFR techniques may help with potential tongue/lip/cheek-tie, as well as various traumas that can happen during delivery.

Respiratory
Manual Lymphatic Drainage can be helpful during early onset of respiratory infection and post infection with any lingering cough. MLD can assist in boosting the immune system, decreasing the length and severity of the infection. Due to COVID-19 concerns and caution, MLD respiratory sessions are scheduled as virtual appointments only at this time. Please contact me with any questions.
